We went to the corn maze, BUT we got our moneys worth on the "cow train" Caleb rode this everytime I turned around and I know he rode at least 9 times and on several of the different cows, when he was not there he was bouncing. BOY they all had a good time and they were dirty and tired that = Happy Henrys!!!

This summer in July my baby was ready, the girl has God given talent she is very athletic BUT she also has a lot a fear. So with in a week of taking off her training wheels she was off and now she will not stay still. Very proud of you !!!!!

A Funeral

Well I thought this fish was really hardy, BUT there was a death in the family today. The poor thing had lived through ear dewaxing drops, water with out the slime coat in it lots of water changes--- then my mother started feeling sorry for the fish she said it was to COLD and went and got a heater for the tank. Woke up the next morning and the fish is dead. My mother is crying Madison is crying and I am saying it is a fish, so we had to have a funeral. Quick into the Celistial Tea Box you go and Paw Paw dug the grave and Caleb was the Paul Bearer. And for my mother she can never work at a Humane Society. Caleb's main focus was are the worms going to eat the fish because that would be COOL.

I get a laugh out of our trips we have every intent on going and having a good camping trip all together but usually it works out that Nate never gets to go. Anyway that makes for very interesting trips for me and the kids this trip is with good friends and makes them even better----because at night when the Loons are going crazy and the Mergansers are making racket, I "sleep" a little better knowing someone else is on the island with the kids and myself. Nate took all of our stuff and Noelle over to our island and then came out and went to our hearing for our variance on our addition with Noelle while Caleb and I went to meet my parents in Keene to pick up Madison from her week long stay with my folks in Maine. The next day we all paddled out to the island and enjoyed our stay of swimming exploring and Nate paddled pack out and went to work then we spent a couple of days and Nate paddled back in got us helped break down camp and paddle us out as a stormed rolled in. These are the pics as the storm rolls in. Caleb fell asleep on top of the dry bags, Noelle laid down between my legs and fell asleep and we finally made it out with out the lighting hitting us too!!!! The waves were rocking and rolling us, even Mya fell asleep in the front of Anette paddling.

You get desperate for the kids just to be able to Go outside and not have to take an entire hour just to get out the door and buy stock in hand warmers because otherwise the kids could have frost bite (Noelle). So you have a goood friend who has some of the same feelings and plus it would also be nice to see the thermometer go above 35F---- so we get a brillant idea---lets go find a playground that has no snow and SUN and warmer weather. On the thruway we live at exit 30 (it also takes about 45-60min to get to that exit) but we got off on exit 25 and found a playground outside in the sun --not snow free but not like our snow either so 2hours later we decided to keep heading south. By this time the wind had picked up and it was brutal out we know one person in the car that would not have lasted very long at all. So you will get desperate really desperate and we pulled into McDonalds Play Place (the germs and everything that crawls--ugh)(well just don't think about it) and set up camp the kids knew the mission play and tire yourself out---they were hot and sweaty ---they went through 4 water bottles a piece and Annette and I took turns going shopping to Target, Wal Mart, Home Depot and diner at Chipotle Grill-----it was a wonderful day, the kids had fun and were exhausted and we got to see the sun and it 60F and only got to 40F at home that day.

Ken was so gracious to run the excavator for us and move all that dirt, while letting Caleb enjoy his day as well. As you can see by these pictures, Caleb is all boy and was in his glory up in Ken's lap. Caleb worked sooo hard he even fell asleep in Ken's arms.

We had our socks blessed off. The Gochenauers, Hoovers, Bob Weigold, Harmers, and last but not least, Nate's Uncle Ken and Aunt Marcel came all the way from Buffalo and slaved away out our house. We got all the windows in, the sliding glass doors in, facia boards painted, AND all the mountains of dirt and garbage removed. WOW we were tired and it really is starting to look so nice with so much done.

On September 3rd my big 4 year old headed to Kindergarten and she liked but the 3rd day of school was interrupted with a 103 degree fever. So far I get that school is going OK and I can get what story but I do not get much else out of her. She gets to ride the bus in the mornings and then we pick her up from school.

Oh I had made gorgeous cupcakes for my sweet girls 5th birthday. When I needed to take a shower because I had 4 5 year olds arriving at my house with in 2hours. They were far from the edge of the counter and yes my soon to be 2 year old stacked 2 stools and got the beautiful plate of cupcakes and had a ball he smashed, ate, and fingered everyone of them and I freaked out after I got out of the shower to see this.

My dear sweet one again brings out the right attitude again. Go Madison!!!!!!! "Mom, I have a great idea we can decorate our own cupcakes with lots of sprinkles , and that will be so much fun!!! So I whipped up another batch some had more sprinkles than cupcake but they all had a smile on their faces.

So we have the electric moved which is what was holding us back so much of the summer. Then the foundation for the crawl space/basement went really fast.
Now we are ceiling and insulating and back filling by hand----Caleb loves the dirt piles the girls think they are fun but Caleb LOVES them and all the big machines that made this mess. Oh I can hardly wait for all the new space.

Boys are Different

He was different from day one. The loves noise and to bang things he also wants to figure out how things work with his hands and brains not saying much. He is a momma's boy he does not want the girls to love and hug on him all the time like they do to each other, he wants me to rescue him from that. He is also very strong willed and can get mad quickly. He has no fear of throwing a fit in public if he thinks he has been wronged he is going to let the world know. He is my little guy that is constantly in motion, he loves to move and run and GO. He also loves cars, trucks, and animals. I know, no one likes the word "no", but he gets mad at the word "no" he wants to do it anyway. His shrieking makes me want to get his vocal cords removed at times but it is also what calls for "momma" and oh I do love to hear that. He is usually a man with a mission seeking after food with no fear for life. I need to pray more for this little creature that is on the go and loves life so much because he is going to need Christ leading his life, with his personality and temper.

We are gone all day to the farm and then stop at the beach to cool off. Daddy needed us to stop at Target so of course we had to go---(I love this store and of course we came out with more than what daddy had asked for=)) While we were coming out I gave each kid there own water bottle and they were doing a good job of finishing them up, when I am putting Caleb in his seat I turn around and see Madison drinking from a cup on the ground next to the car. GRRRRRR I start to freak out and then catch myself and say why? I don't even get what the attraction was but still feel grossed out. It was just a second that my back was turned and yet that is all it takes, prayerfully that will not happen again and prayerfully that cup was not germ infested.

A couple of weeks ago we went cold turkey on both girls. Yes our 4 year old still took a nuk at night and it was OK. A few weeks ago Noelle was going NUK crazy and I was ready for them to give them up-----It was not going to be easy but they needed to go. So the first night they both cried themselves to sleep and the next two nights Noelle cried herself to sleep. But we no longer have any NUKs other than the few we are still finding from different hiding places=)

OK it has been way to long and here are a few to get you caught up to speed. The most important the kids first Caleb is growing like a weed and starting to talk with a word here and there that we actually catch. He runs wild and loves to move. Noelle is a BIG fan of talking these days, when Madison spent a week with my parents in Maine the girl figured out she could talk, well she is a talking princess and she would say she is the " Genovian Princess" she does not stop talking. Madison are people pleaser that does not like to be wrong and also LOVES to talk and her favorite word WHY and WHEN. She is growing up way to fast and really loves to practice school work, she is our serious creature.

Nate can either be found at the ER or working on our house---working hard.

Me cleaning up after the kids and trying to clean up after all the messes Nate makes with the remodel.

Our house is now completely rewired, new kitchen, new entry way with cubbies (Love) laundry up stairs (LOVE this) and in a holding pattern with the addition. A couple of days ago Nate took off the deck door to be the new laundry room and framed it in but had no time to put up an outside wall, so he works nights and I could not sleep for fear that there was going to be skunks or racoon's in my house----yes creatures not people. Thankfully there is a temporary wall up and I can rest better.

We went to FL oh it was so glorious to sit on white sandy beaches why the rest of North Country was freezing there buns off standing in the winter carnival parade. The girls went from wearing their snow suits to wearing the bathing suits----wow, it was wonderful to not have to wear all the gear, and see the sun and the warmth those pictures will be soon.

This happens to be one of my most favorite holidays. Knowing the hope of eternal LIFE and thankful for our Father sending his son to die on the cross for our sins, and rising again. I love serving an awesome God!!!! Sunday Morning before church. This is the warmest and brightest Easter that I have ever seen here and I loved every minute of it, we usually still have snow on the ground.

This was quiet the experience, we were suppose to go as a family but it ended up being me with the kids and Nate for Breakfast and sleeping in the day. Let's just say we are going to be camping in our yard for a couple of years now. The kids did like have their baths in red bucket on the picnic table.

They took us to Shelburn Farms (and the infamous pig was there) of course and to the beach, we also played a ton in the pool at their hotel. Madison had her first sleep over with Nana and Paw paw, she had a ball and got to go to breakfast the next morning with them too.

The kids and myself went and picked strawberries 3 times so far. We went as a family. The next time the kids and I went with the Adragna's and Batt's then the family just went with the Lober's and Erin and Ian. We made 8 batches of Freezer Jam---can you say yummm . I have never picked strawberries and I have never made freezer jam both fun and I think it turned out alright. Each time Noelle and Caleb would be covered in strawberry juice.

To Shelburn Farms with friends for the day. We now have a family membership to the farm so went with Anette, Jesse, and Mya and we had a blast---thankfully it was sunny with no rain or cold. By the time we got there it was time to eat lunch. So we decided to site down a few feet from where all the chickens were because Jesse and Noelle were having a grand time petting the chickens and we could get to them if something happened. So this one hen (the one Caleb is trying to get in the picture)was the culprit for are extremely funny lunch. We had to build a blockade so that we could protect our food and Madison does not like anything that is a pest, so she repeated over and over "cluck cluck go away" as she was standing from the jogger. Noelle did a dance the whole time because the hen kept snatching her sandwich if she stood still and I was just trying not to laugh. The kids get a long great and had a really nice day hiking up to the barn and then up the trail to over look the entire property. Everybody's favorite was seeing the big fat pregnant pig.--I must admit she was huge.

My little boo bear is no longer little. He is growing up way to fast and already doing big boy things. He is in a constant state of laughter at us or if he gets tickled, he is very curious with a constant state of motion and destruction. He is so strong he pulls himself up to a stand and furniture surfs, he also smiles at you with his 3 teeth. My precious little boy is getting way to big way toooooooooooo fast.

The beach here, is a little sand on mirror lake and it is considered the local pool too in the summer, but almost better than a pool because you don't have to hold them the hole time. Madison really loves it she is getting the hang of blowing bubbles and kicking. Noelle just has a blast doing her own thing and after a while she is purple and says I AM COLD. Caleb loves sitting at the edge of the water and try's to eat all the sand on the beach.

Now trying to tell a 3 year old you have to put all your stars in a row so that you can get all 50 on is near in possible this morning so hear it goes, at least we got 13 stripes on. She was very proud of her work and we only had to get the oxi clean on spot on her shirt. Craft time really stresses mom out I should have just stripped her necked to begin with.

The 3rd week of May we went to Virgina Beach where my entire family gathered. It was so much for to get to see my nephew and niece they are really growing up way to fast. Scott and Becky and ourselves traded each other a night in taking care of the kids and we each got to go out on the town for a night as couples. We celebrated Drew's Birthday he is now 7. Mom and our family went to the zoo one morning while the Dawson's stayed back on the beach and then we also went to a bouncy house warehouse full of houses there were probably 20 or more and Madison, Noelle, and even Caleb had a blast. Thanks mom and dad for such a fabulous family reunion.

Dance Recital

Madison's first dance recital June 4, 2009. we had a great time, I think we were laughing all most the whole time and she had a huge smile on her face the whole time and loved it. She danced to girls just want to have fun with about 20 other little girls and she was just looking around and doing her moves as best as she could.

MT Baker

On April 24, 2009 Madison made it to the top of MT Baker all by herself ( It is only 2 miles round trip). She and Jesse did a great job, all the way up and all the way down. We went up Baker with some good friends the Marshals and had a really nice time the kids all did great. Mya, Caleb, Noelle enjoyed their view from their packs.

Uncle Phil and Aunt Erin

Uncle Phil and Aunt Erin came for a visit and we did not stop moving from the time they got here to the time they left. The first day we went to the horse show Aunt Erin loves horses in fact she already has a saddle for the horse that she will have some day. Then of course we had to take them to Donnelly,s for our yearly treat it was good=) The next day we went to Whiteface for the morning and Shelburn farms in the afternoon. Madison held a two day old goat oh it was so cute! And of course Uncle Phil and Aunt Erin brought lots of loot, thank you guys so much we loved your visit and will miss you guys.

Diane Day

Wednesdays are Diane Day I happen to love Diane Day I am being taught new quilt patterns and I get to use her scraps---which is like going shopping at a quilt store. Diane is patient and loves to teach and she serve's you an amazing meal and that is not all, we all get to talk.To top all of that she prays for us by name. But I do not know who likes Diane Day more me or my kids. My Kids get spoiled rotten by Grandma Loeber she loves them too pieces. She reads books and plays and holds and sings and hands out gum like no tomorrow. In the summer the kids invade her beach and have an amazing time in the water, sand, and the paddle boat is a huge hit.
My kids seem to have a nak for doing things at Grandma Loebers, and the funny thing is she still has us come back each week. This summer Madison Pooped on her deck, they have spilled many things, on the furniture and carpet, Madison peed on the carpeted floor (an accident). Noelle usually gets into Diane's Lap at feeding time and eats all of her food, but today Noelle was caught on all fours lapping out of the cat's water dish in their bathroom.She still loves us and we love Diane and Rich.

How Blessed I am

Today I was reading my cousins blog when it came over me how blessed I really am. I know this but it is good to be reminded. I have been pouting over my spill't milk and over how I gave up trying to feed my little boy and how sick we have been and even a few minutes ago how sick my little boy is right now. BUT I just had a friend loose a baby and I have plenty of good water and electricity at my finger tips and pretty much anything that I need or desire at the touch of a button. I do not know what it is like to experience any of those things. I have not been thanking my God for the many blessing that I do have. Thank you Mark for the wake up call.
God is so good to us!!
I live in a free country with plenty of clean water, food, living space. I have an amazing family with a husband and 3 perfect children. I have a wonderful church that has a pastor that knows you by name and has a heart for growing in knowledge. I choose 2-4 days a month that I want to go to work for pay the rest of my work is all for free. I have many friends that love and care for me and my family. I need to dig in a cease every moment for living and stop looking at the little stuff and look at the bigger picture. What can I do for God.

I had to rent a car to get around TX and as luck would have it they gave me a PT Cruiser. Absolutely the worst car ever! Not only is it ugly, it has so many blind spots it is not fun and in TX you get to go fast and there are actually freeways and non- snowy roads to go fast on. Does not go well with blind spots. It was so good to see my brother and for him to get to meet his nephew for the first time. And of course I got to see my folks and my aunts and uncles which I have not seen in a year at least. The time with my friends was so refreshing and much needed. They took some pictures and were suppose to email them to me so someday I will post those. It is nice to have people love you through the good, and the bad and be able to pick up where we left off. I love those girls!!!
The last picture is Caleb's make shift nap-crib. If he gets over stimulated he will not fall asleep so you have to take all stimulus away from him. Hence the really cute feet!!

I have been in Texas and was able to get to seem my Good Friends. What a refreshing time--Caleb and I took a flight out and what a champ he was!! I also stopped to see family due to my grandmother dying.
The girls and Nate stayed here to see the winter carnival and Disney on Ice. We are so thankful for good friends that let all of this take place.

I love when I get tons of smiles from my happy man. He loves to smile at me at 3AM, just so that I will feel guilt for thinking that I would rather be in bed at the moment. He also loves to give the girls smiles when they give him the time of day. Well daddy gets smiles for not even looking at him and there is a picture of Nate making a goofy face and Caleb thinks it is hilarious, go figure I slave day and night for this kid and I have to work for my smiles, BUT it is worth every bit of work.

On our way home we stopped in Syracuse and met up with Wayne and Lois for 1/2 day and the kids got to open their presents and see their grandparents. The down side to that is that it took us 7 hours to get home just from Syracuse. OUCH!!---it normally is only a 3 hour trip.
Then we were home for Christmas and really enjoyed our time. We went to the Christmas Eve service at church and then spent the day with the Loebers (Madison considers them as grandparents and well they are our family) and friends.

Then we went to see Washington DC with the Eabys. While we were there we stopped at Nate's Aunt Carol and Uncle Bill's house. I got to see my cousin, Julie, who was in the US from Romania (I have not seen her in 12 years)It was a very fast and speedy trip. We were surprised that the city did not have more Christmas lights than on the huge tree.

Oh, how they loved playing with the Eabys and hanging out at their house. They played and played and laughed and even got to watch a movie while mommy and daddy got to go see a movie in the movie theater-wow we had a good time. We went to the Eabys church and got to pet a Wallaby, a rabbit, some sheep,a horse, and an alpaca.Mommy and Aunt Kim got to go shopping and lots of good talks.

Just before Christmas we had a chance to go down and see our good friends in Lancaster, PA. They are really close to Hershey, PA so of course we had to go for the tour. The singing cows and the ride it's self was a huge hit. The girls loved it there and they also loved it there because it was not as cold there.

Well we survived the well child visit and it ended up that Noelle and Madison got the flu shot why we were at it. Little Boy Blue is a little pig he is in 56% for weight and 72% for height I think he is going to pass his sisters very soon, he just knows how tough he has to be to keep up with both of those stinkers. He weighs as much as Madison did at 5 months old-way to go Caleb!!!!
Well, the gingerbread houses did not do as well, lets just say I am not an architect at least the girls are standing but mine looks like Madison put it together do to the roof collapsing in and then Nate tried to give it some more support beams and well it turned out pretty pathetic. Nate's leanto fared better the girls helped decorate his and lets just say we had fun but we are not being entered in a contest. Madison loves sprinkles and even today here hands are green from all the die in the sugar.

OK, Madison was suppose to be taking a nap in our bed, and well, that did happen after she cut her hair to look like a mullet, cut an entire book apart, spread an entire bottle of gel beads over our bed, lotion. To top it all off she peed--just after Nate had changed the bed with fresh sheets. Oh yes, she also took a pen to our sheets. I am just hoping and praying that boys are easier. Every time I look at her sweet head all I can see is her beautiful curls chopped right down to the scalp--- and you cannot really fix a curly top.

Lets see we have a ton of laundry to due these days, Madison has regressed in the potty department and Caleb seems to puke or pee on something 2 to 3 times a day and for Noelle she is just messy she usually goes through 2 shirts a day and oh yes there are all my clothes that Caleb has messed up some way or another. Then somehow in the hour that it takes to feed Caleb the 2 little curious ones get into something else, I wish it was not snowy and cold so that I could put the girls outside and let them run around as much as they would like without taking an hour to get dressed in snow gear and then getting undressed from snow gear and all the room the snow gear takes up in a house. Nate has really been helping to take care of things around the house other wise I house just might fall down around us do to Caleb's eating issues. We have 3 different exercise that are suppose to take place 12 times a day and pumping and feeding him----oh I think I just might go crazy some days and then Madison will start to make me laugh and I remind myself it is just a season and a very short one at that. One day not to long from now all my kids will use the potty and even the ones in public, they will be able to get themselves dressed in matching clothes and for the appropriate temperature outside, fix themselves a bowl of cereal, and get in their car seats by themselves. But I will miss their wet kisses, laughter when they are being tickled, their funny sayings or manipulation, their facial expressions, and snuggle time, I will miss them fitting into my arms.

Ok, so this October I do not think we will get a pumpkin carved, but we did get a small snowman built with the foot of snow that fell on Wednesday morning. Now it is getting everyone in there snow gear so that they can spend hours outside which they do love.The kids had a day off from school yesterday-- so the entire neighborhood was over playing with Noelle and Madison in the yard and taking them for sled rides. Then daddy and Madison built a snowman with Noelle's help. While mommy and Caleb had to go to an appointment at the hospital, hence the cute brown bear suit.

Well Noelle has a favorite pair of shoes and they happened to be Madison's favorite when she was Noelle's age. They are red patten leather very cute but only go with so much. Noelle thinks they go with everything though. So I was trying to document this pair of shoes for her scrap book and she decided that this was not the time or the place to be taking pictures of her and she let her true colors show... She had me almost rolling on the floor because she was not going to have her picture taken and was trying to through a fit.
On Monday was the same thing. We went to get our pumpkins at the orchard and well it turns out I was lucky to even get the picture of Madison, bad timing on Moms part. But we have our pumpkins and are now set with our fall decorations. The other pictures are of Madison riding the horse swing at the orchard and some of my favorite fall color leaves

Apple Picking

Well, FALL is one of my favorite times of the year. The leaves turn orange, red, and yellow and the air becomes cool and crisp!!(Although today it was hot 74F) The girls picked apples which was absolutely hysterical because they were just trying to pull them off instead of twisting and pulling them off. Madison was making grunting noises, then Noelle would try to copy the same noise and fall to the ground when she finally got an apple off. Truly a funny event. Madison also tried getting on all the tractors which was a little scary due to the fact the keys were still in all the tractors. Now we are going to make apple sauce and dehydrate apple rings, YUMMMMMMM!!

36 weeks

Supposedly only 29 more days to go. I have to say that I am so ready to be done with all the heart burn and not being able to bend over easily and boy have I been mean this time around. Even though that I KNOW they are so much easier inside I am looking forward to meeting our little man. I am not looking forward to the labor because some how I remember all the pain and since we live in the sticks the pain management choices are slim. You can definitely keep Nate in your prayers.
