Today was a day to remember, every time I tried to clean Madison was there to make a new mess with her side kick at hand. She took an entire bottle of baby powder and destroyed the up stairs. She also got into a box of 600 Q-tips which I think multiplied on the way out of the box. Then after I had told her not to get into the powder so I could clean it up she sent her sweet little innocent sister to help make a bigger mess. You are thinking that is not to bad, but wait there is more they proceeded thru the hall to the bedroom with toilet paper. Now remember I am trying to clean and do the laundry in the basement, it takes so little time to make a huge mess.
The one thing that made the day was the wonderful sun that shimmered off the snow, even though it was only 20F.

That's my girl! She is going to be a PERFECT candidate for Legett and Holleman House. Reminds me of the day I took a shower and was left with only a box of Q-tips (no towel, no clothes, no paper towels, not even TP, just Q-tips) with my sneaky little roommates howling in the hallway. Mary will have to give the girl a lesson on cocoa butter. Oh goodness, I'm just so pleased. Perhaps Lauren can teach her the technique for hiding fried chicken in suitcases. Madison and I are going to turn out to be good friends, I can tell. (Though I may not let her hang out with my kids when I finally have some; wouldn't want her to teach them any crazy habits).
